The Bihar School Examination Board, Patna has officially released the OFSS Bihar 2nd Merit List 2025 along with the cut-off on 14 July 2025 at its official portal – ofssbihar.net.

Eligible students who didn’t get allotted any college or school in the 1st merit list can now check their 2nd merit list status by logging in using their Application Reference Number and Password. The admission process for this merit list is open from 15 July to 19 July 2025. Eligibility Criteria for OFSS Bihar 11th Admission

• Students must have passed Class 10th (Matric) from a recognized board in India.

• Minimum age requirement is 15 years as of the application date.

Payment can be made online using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

Documents Required for Admission (2nd Merit List)

Before proceeding for admission under the 2nd merit list, make sure you have the following documents ready:

• Class 10th Marksheet

• School Leaving Certificate

• Aadhar Card

• Residence Certificate

• Caste Certificate (for BC, EBC, SC, ST & EWS)

• Passport Size Photograph (in JPEG format, max 50KB)

• Hindi and English Signatures (JPEG format, under 20KB each)

• Valid Email ID and Mobile Number

Note: No intimation letter will be issued offline. Students must download it online only.

Slide-Up Process Details

Students who are not satisfied with the college/school allotted in the 2nd merit list can apply for slide-up from 15 July to 19 July 2025. This means their preference will be shifted to a better option (if available) in the upcoming merit list.
